Holiday Food & Gift Drives

Redwood Credit Union is proud to support local families through our annual Holiday Giving Program, featuring both a food drive and toy drive in collaboration with trusted nonprofit organizations across our communities.

2024 Impact Snapshot
Thanks to your generosity:
• 947 gifts were distributed
• 3,126 lbs. of food collected — enough for 3,751 meals

Let’s make an even greater impact in 2025!

Porch-to-Pantry Food Drive: Help Us Fight Hunger

No one should have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table. Our local food banks are struggling more than ever to keep up with demand. To help, Redwood Credit Union is collaborating with the startup nonprofit, A Simple Gesture , and we’ve launched a new “porch-to-pantry” food drive model to fight hunger in the North Bay and San Francisco.

It's easy to donate! Sign up in any of our 22 branches,or at this website. Leave a bag or a box of non-perishable items on your doorstep for pickup on Saturday, December 13. It couldn’t be easier to donate!

Let’s come together for our neighbors in need. Every can, box, and bag makes a difference!

Toy Drive: Spreading Joy Across Counties

We’re working with nonprofit partners in each county to bring holiday cheer to children and families. You can drop off new gifts at any RCU branch through December 19.
